Due to the limited nature of many Joli Point products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
We want you to love every Joli Point purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. Simply send us your order number along with a photo of the item and we'll take care of the rest.
We currently only ship within the United States.
Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible! We work hard to process orders quickly, so while we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed, we'll always do our best to help if your order hasn't shipped.
Most Joli Point orders ship within 2–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that preorders and limited-edition items may have different shipping timelines, which will always be noted on the product page.
