Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have placed an order and have not received a shipment notification after 2 weeks, please email support@jolipoint.com.

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or lost/ stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered”. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order shipped. Please know, once packages leave our facility, delivery is managed by the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Please note that all sales are final. While we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds at this time, we will happily replace any damaged item. Please email support@jolipoint.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
